Hypno- Yoga for General Wellbeing

I have put my favourite two disciplines together and created a well-being session that is an excellent antidote to stress.

Hypno -yoga is wonderful mellow wonderful mix of restorative yoga, and hypnotherapy.

Restorative yoga is gentle and supportive restores the body to its parasympathetic nervous system which in turn helps the body and mind rest heal and restore balance. The asanas (shapes, poses or postures) are held for longer making them enjoyable and meditative. The deeper breathing used in the postures helps elicit a deep and powerful healing relaxation response to improve well-being and enhance the quality of your life.


You will receive some suggestions so that you can practice what I will teach at home.

Prepare yourself for stillness of body, mind and deep relaxation.
